Can I return or exchange my Grillz?

Every set of Grillz is custom-made from your own mold, so all sales are final and we don't accept returns or exchanges. If your Grillz don't fit, our Fit Guarantee has you covered. See "What if my Grillz don't fit?" below.

What if my Grillz don't fit?

Email us at taesimperialjewelry@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We'll send you a new mold kit and remake your Grillz free, whatever caused the fit issue. Every order includes up to 2 free remakes.

Fit issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery aren't covered, so please try your Grillz on as soon as they arrive. If anything feels off, email us first and we'll make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, until production starts. Production starts when your mold arrives at our lab. To cancel, email us at taesimperialjewelry@gmail.com with your order number.

• Before your mold kit ships: full refund.
• After your kit ships, before production starts: full refund minus $25 to cover the kit.
• Once production starts, your Grillz are being made just for you, so the order can't be canceled or refunded.
