How does the mold kit process work?

Every set of Grillz is made from your own mold, and everything happens by mail:

1. Place your order on taesimperialgold.us. We ship your mold kit free the same day you order, with tracking.
2. Take your impression at home with the putty and trays in your kit. Step-by-step instructions are included.
3. Email a clear photo of your mold to taesimperialjewelry@gmail.com. We check it before you mail it, so nothing gets wasted.
4. Mail your mold back to us. Return shipping for your mold is on you, and we recommend a tracked service.
5. We make your Grillz in 7–10 days after your mold arrives at our lab.
6. Your finished Grillz ship to you free, with tracking.

We don't offer in-person fittings.

How much is shipping, and where do you ship?

Shipping is free on your mold kit and your finished Grillz. We ship both with USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking. Mailing your mold back to us is on you, and we recommend a tracked service so you can follow it.

We currently ship within the United States only. P.O. Boxes are fine. Please double-check your address at checkout, since we ship to the address on your order.

If your tracking stalls or a package goes missing, email us at taesimperialjewelry@gmail.com right away and we'll work with USPS to sort it out.

What are your Grillz made of?

Every set is 925 sterling silver, made from your mold. Choose White Silver, Yellow Gold Plated or Rose Gold Plated, all at the same price. Our gold options are gold plating over sterling silver, not solid gold. Moissanite, opal and enamel options are available on select designs.

Can I return or exchange my Grillz?

Every set of Grillz is custom-made from your own mold, so all sales are final and we don't accept returns or exchanges. If your Grillz don't fit, our Fit Guarantee has you covered. See "What if my Grillz don't fit?"

What if my Grillz don't fit?

Email us at taesimperialjewelry@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We'll send you a new mold kit and remake your Grillz free, whatever caused the fit issue. Every order includes up to 2 free remakes.

Fit issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery aren't covered, so please try your Grillz on as soon as they arrive. If anything feels off, email us first and we'll make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, until production starts. Production starts when your mold arrives at our lab. To cancel, email us at taesimperialjewelry@gmail.com with your order number.

• Before your mold kit ships: full refund.
• After your kit ships, before production starts: full refund minus $25 to cover the kit.
• Once production starts, your Grillz are being made just for you, so the order can't be canceled or refunded.

How do I care for my Grillz?

Take your Grillz out before eating or drinking anything but water. Brush your teeth before putting them in. Clean them with a soft toothbrush and mild soap, rinse, dry fully, and store them in their case.

Keep them away from mouthwash, harsh cleaners, chlorine and perfume, which wear down plating faster. Plating naturally wears over time with regular use.

Can I get a fully custom design?

Yes. Email us at taesimperialjewelry@gmail.com with your idea or reference photos: cutouts, letters, fangs, stones, enamel and more. We'll confirm the design and price with you before you order.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes. Wholesale orders start at 3 sets. Email us at taesimperialjewelry@gmail.com with the designs and quantities you want, and we'll send you pricing.
